TouchPoint Redefined™ — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using TouchPoint Redefined™ (the “Program”), you (“User” or “Organization”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Program immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Imminent Ministries, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

TouchPoint Redefined™ is the exclusive property of Imminent Ministries, LLC. All content included in the Program — including but not limited to videos, documents, written materials, graphics, and digital resources — is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

3. Refund Policy — All Sales Final

Due to the digital nature of this product and the immediate access granted to all Program materials upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind or decision not to use the Program.
Failure to review the Program description or Terms prior to purchase.
Technical difficulties attributable to the User’s own systems or devices.

4. License to Use

Upon purchase, the Company grants your organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Program materials as follows:

Permitted Uses

Print and distribute Program documents to participants within your organization.
Play Program videos in group teaching or training settings within your organization.
Use all included materials for internal organizational purposes.

Prohibited Uses

Reposting, uploading, or sharing any Program materials online or on any public or private digital platform without prior written consent from Imminent Ministries, LLC.
Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercializing any portion of the Program.
Sharing materials with individuals or organizations outside of your purchasing organization without prior written consent from Imminent Ministries, LLC.
Modifying, reproducing, or creating derivative works based on Program content without written permission.

Any use of Program materials beyond the scope of this license requires prior written consent from Imminent Ministries, LLC. To request permission, please contact the Company directly.

5. Nature of the Program — Self-Directed Use

TouchPoint Redefined™ is designed to be a fully self-directed and self-contained ministry program. Upon purchase, your organization receives all training materials and resources necessary to implement the Program independently.

No additional instruction, customization, live training, or ongoing support is included beyond the content provided within the Program. The Company makes no guarantee of outcomes resulting from the implementation of the Program and shall not be responsible for how the Program is applied within your organization.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Imminent Ministries, LLC does not warrant that the Program will meet your organization’s specific needs or that any particular outcome will result from its use. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imminent Ministries, LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Program. The Company’s total liability to any User shall not exceed the amount paid by that User for the Program.

8. Modifications to Terms

Imminent Ministries, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting of the updated Terms. Continued use of the Program following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Imminent Ministries, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
