We’ve been doing life together for over 35 years—through the highs, the lows, and everything in between. Our family has grown to nine, with two incredible kids, their wonderful spouses, and three delightful granddaughters who fill our hearts with so much joy and laughter...and 5 lovable pups who bring even more energy to the mix! For more than three decades, we've been all in with church ministry. Not the shiny, polished version, but the real, gritty stuff. We’ve learned what it means to lead with fire and integrity, and to create spaces where people can grow and lead with the same passion. We’ve seen up close how real leadership can turn a community into something unstoppable. But let’s be real—ministry comes with its share of challenges. That’s why we built TouchPoint Redefined. It’s our way of proactively standing alongside pastors and ministry leaders, to prevent them from becoming burned out, overwhelmed, or just stuck. We connect them with battle-tested veterans of life and leadership, who won’t just pat them on the back but ask the hard questions that lead to growth. Healthy leaders = healthy churches, and that’s how we make a real impact in the Kingdom. We also host a podcast, "Continuing the Conversation", where we dive headfirst into the tough stuff. The raw, messy moments of life. The big theological debates. The real questions people are often too scared to ask. We tackle it all with honesty, vulnerability, and a whole lot of heart. We love to laugh, we love to explore, and above all, we love following Jesus with everything we've got. Life surrendered to Him brings hope, joy, and meaning—something we want to share with anyone willing to walk that road with us. With more than 30 years of combined experience as pastors, missionaries, therapists, and marriage and family counselors, our ministry is devoted to the soul care of leaders. We serve pastors, missionaries, and ministry teams worldwide, equipping them to cultivate spiritual depth, relational health, and resilient leadership. Our journey began in the 1990s with the planting of a church in Alsace, France, alongside rehabilitation work with drug addicts and abused women. After that, we pastored several churches in France and then, in response to God’s call, we later served in South-East Asia as missionaries for 8 years before establishing our base in Colorado in 2008, where we began focusing intensively on the care and restoration of ministry leaders globally. We provide comprehensive training and counseling in prevention, pastoral care, crisis intervention, and intensive couples therapy. Having facilitated more than 280 private, week-long marriage intensives, we specialize in restoring relationships, preventing burnout, strengthening ministry teams, and addressing complex issues such as conflict management, cross-cultural stress, and sexual wholeness according to God’s design. Our approach is biblically grounded, clinically informed, and solution-oriented. Through international conferences (French and English), mentorship, and tailored leadership training programs, we partner with churches and mission organizations to proactively care for their staff—because healthy leaders build healthy ministries.
